Some difficult sentences from exercise. Not sure about word order and prepositions.
1. - 口语教给我们谁? 给我们教口语的是谁？/教我们口语的是谁？
- 王老师 。
2. - 你们的图书馆是新的吗?
- 新。 是的（simple answer like "yes"）
3. - 你借什么杂志在图书馆? 在图书馆借什么杂志
- 我借新杂志。
Chinese put a place/places between people and their purposes in sentences.
4. 我学习在外语学院的中文系。
我在外语学院的中文系学习。
The same like the 3th sentence. Put a department/departments or a school/schools between people and purposes.
5. 他是中国人。他常帮助给他的朋友学习汉语。 （delete"给"）
给 is like "for" here as a purpose, but if the purpose is expressed, then no need to use "给".
6. 我不认识他。 请互相介绍我们。请给我们介绍。
给 is like "for" here as a purpose.
7. 欢迎他们来喝茶。
in this sentence 来 just means "come for" and 喝茶 is their purpose.
8. - 我有二本词典。 一个是大乚本是小。 一本是大的，一本是小的。你要借哪一本？
- 请借你小本。请借我小本的
你要借哪一本？Which one do you want to lend?
请借我小本的。The small one.
Im not sure if the answer in this dialogue is "I want the small (one)" or not.

-教我们口语的（人or老师）是谁？or 谁(who)教(teaches)我们口语（us oral E）？（It's also correct and it's easier for you to understand）
（“的是谁” = “的人or老师是谁”， we omit"人"，because we know what it refers to ）
2. - 你们的图书馆是新的吗?
- 是新的。or是。or 是(emit"新")的。
3. - 你借什么杂志在图书馆?（a bit weird）
- 我借新杂志。
-你在图书馆借什么杂志？
4. 我学习在外语学院的中文系。
我在外语学院（的）中文系学习。
5. 他是中国人。他常帮助给他的朋友学习汉语。(帮助 and 给 both are verb, but there's one sentence and one subject)
他总是/常常帮助他的朋友学习汉语。
6. 我不认识他。 请互相介绍我们。 （I don't know what you want to express）
①请互相介绍。means people introduce themselves to each other.
②请你介绍一下我们。means ask others to instroduce ourselves.
7. 欢迎他们来喝茶。
（You should say "欢迎他们来（去）剧院"。Come here=过来/来这里。 Go there= 去那里。Totally different）
8. - 我有二本（we often say "两本" rather than “二本”）词典。 一个是大乚本是小。 你借哪一本？
我有两本词典。一本是大的，一本是小的。你要借哪本？
- 请借你小本。
-请你借我小本的。
①Give me the small one=请(you can emit你)借我小本的（you can emit书）。So "please" =请你/请（你）
②I lend you the small one=我借你小本的。
