My problem with the English language!!

Hello, everyone. I spend a lot of time every single day on the internet just watching videos in English. Despite this routine, there's a big problem, namely that so far I haven't been able to speak English with fluent speakers of the language!! Sometimes I feel disappointed, but I believe that one day I will become good at it. Thanks for reading.

I spend a lot time every single day on the internet listening to English videos, this is a routine part of my life. The big issue is I  cannot speak English with another person who speaks the language fluently. 
Sometimes I feel dissapointed, but I belive some day I will be good.
