Leisure : going rock climbing During my spare time, I’m used to going rock climbing twice a week. There are two kinds of rock climbing : indoor and outdoor. Now, it’s the winter in my country, so I can’t go rock climbing outside because walls are very cold. Others can but not me. Indeed, as I have a poor blood circulation at the extremities of my body, in my hands and in my foots, if I touch a cold wall, blood doesn’t circulate good and then I can hardly move my fingers, then I don’t feel well and I need to warm my hands up. When I feel blood back, it is painful and I feel faint until I had again a good blood circulation. So during the winter, I’m used to going rock climbing indoor. I’m going on « Altissimo » in Marseille where there are a lot of climbing routes: more than 175 with a high of 9 meters until 16 meters. It’s a great place to train ! In spite of good conditions to train indoor, I’ll be glad going rock climbing outdoor at the spring !

Now, it’s the winter in my country, so I can’t go rock climbing outside because the  walls are very cold. Others can but not me.
Indeed, as I have (or suffer) a poor blood circulation at in the extremities of my body, in my hands and in my foots feet, if I touch a cold wall, blood doesn’t circulate good well and then I can hardly move my fingers, then I don’t feel well and I need to warm my hands up. When I feel the blood coming back, it is painful and I feel faint until I had again a good blood circulation. the blood starts pumping again.

So during the winter, I’m usually gooing rock climbing indoors. I go to I’m going on « Altissimo » in Marseille where there are a lot of climbing routes: more than 175 with a high of 9 meters until 16 meters. It’s a great place to train !
In spite of good conditions to train indoors, I’ll be glad to be going rock climbing outdoors at the spring !

Indeed, as I have a poor peripheral blood circulation at the extremities of my body, in my hands and feet in my foots, if I touch a cold wall, blood doesn’t circulate good well <em>(circulate is a verb and needs the adverb - well)</em> and then I can hardly move my fingers, then so I don’t feel well/feel unwell and I need to warm my hands up. When I feel the circulation returning blood back, it is painful and I feel faint until I had again a have good normal blood circulation.

So during the winter, I’m used to going rock climbing indoors. I’m going on « Altissimo » in Marseille where there are a lot of climbing routes: more than 175 with a height of from 9 meters until to 16 meters. It’s a great place to train !
In spite of good conditions to for training indoors/indoor training, I’ll be glad going to go outdoor rock climbing outdoor at the this spring !
