--> Raramente usamos este kanji, escribimos いれる. Yo nunca he usado ese kanji hasta ahora.

入れます（いれます） can be the same, the kanji depends on beverage?

--> 入れます básicamente significa "meter", y también significa "echar, poner, hacer entrar, incluir" depende de la cosa/sitiación. *入る[はいる]= entrar

秘密で/に（ひみつで/に）secretly
酷い (ひどい) cruel/heartless (tanbién significa "horrible, terrible, grave, mucho, horroroso...)

文例
わたしは　おとうとに　写真を　とるように　たのみました。
(could you also do this with お願い？) 私は弟に写真をとるようにお願いしました。

--> Es correcto gramaticalmente, pero yo no usaría お願いする cuando pida algo a mis familiares.

いい　時間を　すごします。--> Yo diría たのしい時間を.
2か月ぐらいたった時、わかりました。--> Necesitamos más detalle, por ejemplo, "Alrededor de 2 meses después de la clase, entendí esa gramática" --> そのクラスの2か月後くらいに、その文法がわかりました。
