My first lesson in Language. I was sitting in my 8th grade Spanish class, it was about to be the first time I was going to go through what I thought would be the toughest academic struggle of my life. However, as the class went by, and the clock kept ticking, I started to realize that maybe learning a new language isn't as dreadful as some people make it out to be. The truth is, if you are really motivated to learn and maintain a positive attitude then you may actually love the idea of hearing yourself speak in two languages. That's the feeling I had at least, think about it... Just by knowing 1 other language then your own you open up possible communications with MILLIONS of people, and that's what I call exciting.
