Little email but confusing: How do you order this hotel service in correct english? To whom it may correspond, I am writing on behalf of Mr. XXXXX XXXXXX who has a reservation in your hotel on 2 March. I would like to kindly ask you to pick up Mr. XXXXX at the airport with the transport available in the hotel. He will arrive at 17:00. Please confirm via email this service.

To whom it may concern,

I am writing on behalf of Mr. XXXXX XXXXXX who has a reservation in your hotel on March 2nd. I would kindly ask that you to pick up Mr. XXXXX at the airport with transportation provided through the hotel. He will be arriving at 5:00 PM. Please confirm via email in regards to this service.

**In America, not many people use the 24 hour time format.. we use AM and PM. I myself use the 24 militery time as they call it here, but when writing to someone over here (in the USA) use this form of time..

12:00 AM

1:00 AM

2:00 AM

3:00 AM

4:00 AM

6:00 AM

7:00 AM

8:00 AM

9:00 AM

10:00 AM

11:00 AM

12:00 AM

then it repeats itsself all over again at 1:00 in the afternoon using PM instead of AM after the time, 2:00 PM and so on.. haha

(although 2 March is not incorrect, it is more commonly written as March 2 in North America) I would like to kindly ask your hotel transportation service to arrange to pick up Mr. XXXXX at the airport with the transport available in the hotel. He will arrive at 17:00 (5pm). Please confirm this service via email. this service.
