I'm learning English with New Concept English’S FIRST BOOK TITLED ‘FIRST THINGS FIRST’ recently.
I have learned English FOR over ten years in school, from primary school to university, but it's totally not ok, because I can't speak it well and I can't understand A thing that the beginning THAT is expressed as "first things first". What is it? Classic words? OK, just say that, let it be.
Now comING back to my English study, Today is lesson 3: Is ChungWu Chinese? It's easy, in fact, now I'm improving my speaking ability. LISTENING to the tape, then SPEAKING to myself. I'm hardworking, but I don't like LEARNING LANGUAGE this way. It's lonely! I guess it's better to speak to the mirror, and I'll try tomorrow. Actually, I want to talk with interesting guys who can speak English well. Now, I am living in Anting, Shanghai, where F1 station and Shanghai Volkswagen are located. If you are here, and you want to speak Chinese like Chinese PEOPLE. We can together!
Huuu, it cost me over an hour. My English is too poor, but first things first.
NOTES:
CAPITALS = CORRECTION
- “first things first” = usually is a conditional phrase. = “first things first, I want you the eat your dinner”. Just think “first things first” = “First” OR “Firstly”.
Good luck, any questions? Just ask :)
