This is well written, but you have a few problems with tenses being used as well as when / how to use (the/a/an) [definate articles]

'The last wednesday' :  Last Wednesday

'I want to have a English certificate' :  I wanted to get/obtain an English certificate

'a write test' :  a written test

'in my oral test' :  during my oral test

'and I didn't say something' :  that I didn't say anything  OR  that I forgot to say something

Better luck next time !  You should be more confident.
