==== Русский вариант вопроса звучит как "что вы обычно делаете когда не уверены... и т.д.". Обычно тут ключевое слово, а все повторяющиеся события - это Present simple. Вторую часть предложения я перестроил просто на своё усмотрение, потому как навернео тебе хотелось бы узнать о последствиях принятия не одного конкретного решения, а вообще всех в принципе. Альтернативный вариант второй части это: "...when you having doubts about your descisions", "...when you are not sure in your descisions".

The only way to rid yourself from all possible doubts is not to make descisions. Never. So, one way or another, there is no point in avoiding inevitable. You just plow your way forward, hoping that you were right.

==== Артикли это боль. Люди имееются ввиду вполне себе определённые, те самые, которые в нашей жизни. Вот ещё альтернативный вариант такого же вопроса, в несколько проще построенном предложении: Do you believe that there are no random peope in or lifes?

Deep and unsettling question to say the least. What is randomness and what is order to begin with? For example, how to explain the occasion when you meet a friend whom you saw in you sleen the day before? Is it random or not? What if you don't meet this friend after all? Is it randomness or just misfortune? I'm digging too deep, but that's the whole point, you might want to do even deeper and not get the result you like, or get the result, that doesn't suit you, so you just call the whole thing off. It's complicated.
