Formal email to an hotel manager To the attention of the General Manager of " Brave Hotel " London I'm vriting about some troubles that occured to me when I stayed in the hotel that you manage. I was there 2 days ago and I'm really disappointed about what happened. As I told you before leaving the hotel I lost my wallet and I wasn't able to find it averywhere, but I'm sure I lost it inside the hotel. Besides nobody of the hotel staff seemed to be available to help me on searching it. In addition to that some jewellery was stolen from my room. I'm not accusing anybody for the theaft but I think you should check the realibility of the employers of the cleaning service and I suggest you to install some cams in the rooms and in the corridories. As you know I've already recorded the facts in the police station and I hope you could help me in order to find out , at least, my documents in the wallet. Best regards Name Surname
