I really want to find a partner who can speak English.

I am a Chinese colleage (college) student , who's currently learning English. Actually, I have learned english many years ago,but I am not confident enough, I want to speak English perfectly because maybe someday, I will go abroad. So I really want to find a language partner and we'll study together.
