Jog day. Well this morning I woke up at 6 am. I got dressed up after that I had my breakfast which was egg, beans, chesse and a cup of coffee. Then I headed for the beach and ai started working out by running 2 months went by since last time did it, I kept running a little over 1 hour is kind of like 5 km. But sadly I got tired easily becasen it has been long time, however I have to keep going because I putting on weight and my clothes doesn't fit anymore I need to keep it off by running twice a week at least. Otherwise I will need to go on a strict diet. But sometime I think when it comes to loose weight all it comes down eating less. But exercise is still good to keep your body and your whole sistem working good other than that your muscles are working out and I don't want to be bolky I'd like to build muscle and to get cut. But for the time being I'll settle for running. That's it please point out my mistakes.
