An essay (III) 4.RECOMMENDATIONS ON WHAT EUROPEAN ACTIONS TO TAKE REGARDING MATTYL Violeta Doremi (asistant, DG Employment) and Mircea Polidentescu (Commissioner cabiniet, DG Employment) recommend: 4.1.- Help worker's Mattyl with EGSF funds provides measures that support the re-introduction of people in the labour market. Including: assistance for job-seekers, careers advice, tailor-made training, re-traininig, promoting entrepreneurship, job-seekers' allowances, mobility allowances and allowances for participating in lifelong learning and training activities. Attending to Guy Mamaison (European Trade Unions) requests: 4.2.- Access the company at money granted by European Fund for Structural Help (EFSH) and in this way: the production lines will keep in Transyldavia and the employment will be granted. According to Krystyn Timur, Represantive of regional government of Transyldavia: 4.3.- Put pressure and make European laws on the banking sector to provide low-interest loans to Mattyl or any other company in the same situation. By the way, not only we will preserve jobs and also we promote the commerce. 5.CONCLUSION The problem on Transyldavia can happen in other MS in the future. EU must meet important measures to solve as I have said in point 3 and 4 of this document. This measures can be applied in others MS. Transyldavia has contribuited with money to EFSH for years. Now, it is time these money return to Transyldavia. If we leave Transyldavia, the European Union will dissapear. We are Transyldavia.
