COMPLAINT Dear Sir / Madam I am writing in connection with your personal music centre which I saw advertised in the catalogue last week. Unfortunately, I bought one of these and I would like to say that I was dissatisfied with it. First at all the advertisement mentioned that the stereo is ideal to carry in the pocket and also that the product has an unbeatable price of 19.99€ including delivery, however it was not correct because it was extremely heavy and big therefore impossible to wear it with me, and further I have found the same stereo for 14.99€ in another department store. In addition, your advertisement promised that the personal music centre included headphones, and a carrying case ;Nevertheless in my pack there were not headphones and to make matters worse the carrying case had the zip broken and the recording did not work. Finally the stereo has destroyed two tapes when I tried to use it and I was really furious with this bargain. I would like to hear your explanation for the above problems and I would also like to have part of my money refunded. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully

Finally the stereo had two cassete players that were damaged when I tried to play it and I was really furious with this bargain. 


I would like to hear your explanation for the above problems and I would also like to have part of my money refunded.
