A Bigeye thresher captured near the Catalan coast The Bigeye thresher is a shark specie difficult to see near the coast due to its habitat starts from 30 metres in the depth and can arrive to 500 m. However yesterday one of them was accidentally captured near the Catalan coast. It was a specimen of 230 kilos and 3,9m of length. A fisherman found it knotted and dead in his nets, he geve the notice to Barcelone University and it was moved to it. It not the first time that a Bigeye thresher appears in the Catalan coast last year. Last May a fishermen found another near Creus Cape. The Agriculture Department pointed out that is a protected specie and uncommon in the Catalan Coast

A fisherman found it knotted and dead in his nets, he gave the notice to notified Barcelone University and it was moved to it there.

Good stuff! My corrections are in red and my suggestions to sound more natural are in blue/grey.

In British and American English, "species" is used as both the singular and the plural version.

The Bigeye thresher is a SPECIE OF shark, difficult to see near the coast due to its habitat WHICH starts from 30 metres to 500 m. However yesterday one of them was accidentally captured near the Catalan coast. It was a specimen of 230 kilos and 3,9m of length. A fisherman found it knotted and dead in his nets, he CONTACTED Barcelone University and it was moved THERE.
It not the first time that a Bigeye thresher HAS APPEARED ON the Catalan coast SINCE last year. Last May a fishermen found another near Creus Cape. The Agriculture Department pointed out that is a protected species and uncommon in the Catalan Coast

NOTES:
CAPITALS = CORRECTIONS
- Shark specie = talking literally about sharks, but ‘a specie of shark’ = talking about the Bigeye thresher
- ’30 metres in depth and arrive at 500m’ is not natural way of saying this. I would say “the bigeye thresher’s habitat starts from about 30 metres deep and can come as close as 500 metres to the surface”.
- “he gave barcelone university notice” – To me, giving notice = resigning from your job. ‘Contacted’ is better in this context.
