Jju
Jokes She remembers when she was a child when she visited the house of her father's friend. After her father and the friend exchanged many glasses of liquor, her father left the room first, then her mom scampered out the room with her little sister. Realizing that she was left alone with the friend, she tried to follow her mom when she saw her going out, but she told her she would be back soon and ordered her to stay in the room with that man. she thinks she did that because she felt awkward, but still deosn't know why her mom got out with only her sister. In hindsight, she doesn't feel good that she had been left alone with a man, he was a stranger to her though her parents know him. She felt like she'd been thrown away. She's just a couple of years older than her sister and she wasn't good at talking to old people, to be more precise, she was a silent kid. Her parents divorced after her dad's business went bankrupt. He disappeared after a few months; she reported him missing to the police, in the meanwhile, made phone calls to his acquaintances and brothers, but they also didn't know about his whereabouts. After that she often went to the local police to check if they found him but to no avail. After two years, she proceeded a divorce lawsuit to divorce with dad, and was granted a divorce by family court. It wasn't until recently that dad borrowed a huge amount of money from the friend, who was also an investor. Picking up on the her father's friend, he asked her when she's grown up, if she would marry him. she was a little kid and sick of her family and thought marrying to someone was just living with the person away from her family back then, so she replied "Yes". He smiled and gave her candies and cookies and patted her head. That kind of joke was common, but she doesn't know it's still common. When she was finished with the given treats, her mother came back. She asked her what he said on our way out, but didn't ask her anything else but told her to be courteous to him.

In hindsight, she doesn't feel good that she had been left alone with a man, he was a stranger to her though her parents know him. She felt like she'd been thrown away.

She's just a couple of years older than her sister and she wasn't good at talking to old people, to be more precise, she was a silent* kid. After two years, she proceeded a divorce lawsuit to divorce with him, and was granted a divorce by family court. It wasn't until recently that he borrowed a huge amount of money from the friend, who was also an investor.

*Silent is usually described a noise level. (the room was silent, she became silent.) Quiet is more commonly used to describe a person (He's a quiet guy.). You could also use Shy to describe a person.

Picking up on the her father's friend (What do you mean? If you write in Korean I can try to reword it), he asked her when she's grown up, if she would marry him. she was a little kid and sick of her family and thought marrying to someone was just living with the person away from her family back then, so she replied "Yes". He smiled and gave her candies and cookies and patted her head. That kind of joke was common, but she doesn't know it's still common. When she was finished with the given treats, her mother came back. She asked her what he said on our way out, but didn't ask her anything else but told her to be courteous to him.

* the underlined sentences are awkwardly arranged and the message was probably lost in translation. If you write them in Korean I could try to translate them for you.

Great writing! Only a few grammatical errors. Keep an eye on the narrative but other than that, you did a wonderful job. :)
