The World of Ideas
When I was twelve years old, my friend and I decided to register in at a public library. I still remember those the days in that library as some of my best days in my life. We were completely immersed in different books, while though we didn't know any special writer or any special type of writing. It was like a journey between various thoughts, that helped us to grow up.
I reminded recalled this memory yesterday, when my friend was here. She took a look of at my bookshelf, and we started to talk about books, but in fact we mostly talked about persons people.
"Have you recently read something by Jung?"
Or "It's the only book by Richard Brautigan which that I have in on my bookshelf."
It made me a little sad that we didn't talk about what we have had read in those books, about concepts, about our questions and our answers. I know we need names in this world, but I think we are too influenced by the names, that which doesn't allow us to think of ideas.
People go, and events change their meanings in different periods of time.
The only thing is left is ideas.

The only thing left is ideas."
Truly I don't know the standard rule for this. "Thing" is singular, "ideas" as its compliment is plural. I started to change it to "The only things left are ideas." But didn't like that. It is the singularity that is important here. I had the same problem writing the "poem" that you recently read, but managed to work it out.
Ideas are all that remain.
Ideas, concepts, people, events...
This is not all. You are forgetting to include what is most important. Some may categorize it as an idea, but I don't. It is .. not a person.. and is timeless. That which is most essential.
