About exams

I'm studying for the term-end exam (we call this the final exam).
For example, world history, classical Japanese, mathematics etc. (This is not actually a sentence - maybe you can say "For example, I have to study classical Japanese, mathematics, etc.)
In the English-speaking world, what do you have for a the exam of foreign language exam?

Note: My exam is in French literature. That's my only language class. But I also have exams in Biochemistry and mathematics. Good luck on your tests!

About exam

I'm studying for the end of term exams.
For example, world history, classical Japanese, mathematics etc.

You can try to put both sentences together for example 'I'm studying for the end of term exams, for example I have to study world history, classical Japanese, mathematics etc. (^.^)

In the English-speaking world,

what do you have for the exam of foreign language? - What foreign language exams do you have?

My Exams

I'm studying for my World History, Classical Japanese, and mathematics finals. In English-speaking countries, what do you take for foreign-language exams?

FYI (for your information), I'm taking Spanish. So ultimately, that's what I will be taking for my foreign-language exam. Also my version of what you wrote is slightly more informal, but more commonly used  in high schools. I would know, because I attend (high) school in America.
