Sorry for the quality and bad hand writing, it's just waaays faster than typing!
I'm mostly interested in practising the structures I've studied.
I doubt about:
- which verb to use to say "know a telephone number"
- how to say "Untill what time can she call you?"
- an urgent business/matter

which verb to use to say "know a telephone number"

รู้ (to know) is used when you want to say about what you know. It's very similar to the verb "saber" in Spanish. You also use this verb to say "know a telephone number" (note that it is informal) A formal version of this verb is ทราบ. You use this verb when you talk in a formal setting such as talking to a secretary or teacher.

รู้จัก (to know) works like the ver "conocer" in Spanish and used when you talk about "to know someone or to know some places" 

how to say "Untill what time can she call you?"

There are so many ways to say this both formal and informal.

"อาจารย์จะสะดวกโทรกลับหาคุณได้ตอนไหนคะ"

"ไม่ทราบว่าคุณจะสะดวกคุยกับอาจารย์ตอนไหนคะ"

"คุณสะดวกให้อาจารย์โทรกลับตอนไหนคะ"

ให้อาจารย์โทรกลับหาคุณตอน 4 ทุ่มได้มั้ย (note that มั๊ย is a spoken language and is informal)

We use รู้ instead of รู้จัก in this matter.
Alternatively, you can use ทราบ. ทราบ is way more formal.

- how to say "Untill what time can she call you?"
คุณสะดวกจะให้อาจารย์โทรกลับหาคุณเวลาไหนคะ
อาจารย์สามารถโทรติดต่อหาคุณได้จนถึงกี่โมงคะ
There are many ways to say it in Thai.

- an urgent business/matter
ธุระสำคัญ or ธุระด่วน

It should be ขอโทษค่ะ อาจารย์เจนไม่อยู่ค่ะ

พรุ่งนี้อาจารย์ก็ไม่อยู่คะ เขาพานักศึกษาไปซื้อของที่ตลาดค่ะ
It should be พรุ่งนี้อาจารย์ก็ไม่อยู่ค่ะ อาจารย์จะ/ต้องพานักศึกษาไปซื้อของที่ตลาดค่ะ

ถ้าอย่างนั้น อาจารย์จะโทรหาคุณทันทีเขากลับบ้าน
It should be ถ้าอย่างนั้น (จะให้)อาจารย์โทรหาคุณทันทีที่เขา/เค้ากลับบ้าน
เค้า is a spoken word.

ขอบคุณมากนะค่ะ
It should be ขอบคุณมากนะคะ or ขอบคุณค่ะ
This is a problem for Thai people as well. Some use ค่ะ and คะ incorrectly.

อาจารย์รู้จักเบอร์โทรของคุณรึเปล่า
It should be อาจารย์รู้เบอร์โทรของคุณมั้ยคะ or อาจารย์ทราบเบอร์โทรของคุณมั้ย
Like I told, ทราบ is more formal.

รู้จักค่ะ
It should be รู้ค่ะ / ทราบค่ะ

โทรตอน 4 ทุ่มได้มั้ย
It should be ให้อาจารย์โทรกลับหาคุณเวลา 4 ทุ่มได้มั้ยคะ
มั้ย is a spoken word. ไหม is used in writing, especially in a formal way.

ได้ค่ะ ฉันไม่เขานอนจนเที่ยงคืนค่ะ
It should be ได้ค่ะ ฉันยังไม่เข้านอนจนกว่าจะเที่ยงคืนค่ะ

Overall, you did very well and your hand writing is quite good and better than some Thai native people's.
