The worst situation I work in a clothing manufacturing company as a temp to perm employe. I work in an accounting. This company's name is Abahouse International. Employment agency is Adecco. I was suposed to be a permanent employe after 6 months. But this contract was broken off today. I'll be fired on this end of May. According to Abahouse's opinion, I can work well and I don't miss ,but my personality isn't suitable corporate culture. I cannot accept thier opinion. I think true reason is I have mother who has a handicap. After I told accounting director this fact, she might thought I cannot work well for family reason. Actually I have a experience to be rejected by another company for family reason. Is it right ? Why can be accepted such a reason in Japan ? Adecco isn't also working. They do as told by companies. What do I have to resolve this situation ? I want to punch and kick an accounting director. She must be die. If you have a good idea, please tell me.

I'll be fired on this at the end of May. According to Abahouse's opinion, I can work well and I don't take too much time off ,but my personality isn't suitable for the corporate culture. I can't accept their opinion. I think the true reason is that I have a mother who has a handicap. After I told the accounting director this fact, she might have thought I can't work well for family reasons. Actually I have a experienced to being rejected by another company for family reasons. Is it right ? Why can i be rejected for such a reason in Japan ? Also, Adecco isn't functioning, they do as they are told by other (?) companies. What do I have to resolve this situation ?
