A lot of paperwork It is the last week in the first quarter of year. At the end of each quarter I have lot of paperwork because I'm a head of mobile development group in our company . I have to fill "Project review" forms for each projects that are currently running. Also I have to give marks for all developers that work in my group. I should explain my marks to each developer: Why did I set such marks, what should they do to improve their marks etc. Results of "Project review" and my marks make an impact on cash bonuses that are paid to developers. I'm very glad that I don't have to give bad marks to anybody because all our developers are very good. I don't like to criticize people. I prefer to encourage them. P.S. If you are english speaking and study russian language, if you would like to have speaking practice then feel free to send me a message. We could talk via Skype. I made a duplicate of this record because first time I pointed wrong language

A lot of paperwork

It is the last week in the first quarter of year. At the end of each quarter, I have lot of paperwork because I'm a head of the mobile development group in our company . I have to fill in "Project review" forms for each projects that are is currently running. Also, I have to give marks (do you mean reviews?) for all developers that work in my group. I should explain my marks to each developer: Why did I set such marks, what should they do to improve their marks, etc.
Results of the "Project review" and my marks make an impact on cash bonuses that are paid to developers.
I'm very glad that I don't have to give bad marks to anybody, because all our developers are very good. I don't like to criticize people. I prefer to encourage them.

P.S. If you are english speaking and study russian language, if you would like to have speaking practice, then feel free to send me a message. We could talk via Skype.

I made a duplicate of this record because the first time I pointed posted in the wrong language.
