A proposal letter Dear Sir or Madam I'm glad to know that a new swimming pool will be built in our town. The advantage of building this pool is obvious ,as people like go swimming but we don't have one before. One of my proposal is where we build this pool should be considered thoroughly. In my opinion, it is better to build this new pool in town center instead of outside of town. If it is located out of our town, it is not so convenience for most of the people living in the town.
