Being vegetarian is the healthiest way to eat and improve your way of life. Do you agree? I disagree because I don't think a vegetarian diet can be so healthy like some people say. Although, some vegetarians don't eat meat or fish because they don't want to hurt to animals. In my opinion, people need nutrients which are in meat or fish. So, they won't receive these nutrients if they don't eat foods which contain them. Actually, pills exist to provide vitamins. However, these aren't natural. So, it's better to eat food than pills. I think is healthier to eat meat and fish than to eat vegetables and fruits only because you can have all nutrients which your body needs. Moreover, you don't need chemical elements to have a good health. On the other hand, being vegetarian can cause diseases because they don't have all nutrients and their health may be poorer. Furthermore, they must think that vitamin pills are given to animals because this is a way to check whether they are dangerous. So, they do harm to animals too although they don't eat them. That is due to a lot of animals die while scientists are testing with them. Actually, eat a lot of meat isn't healthy because it may cause colecterol or other ills. But eat recommended amount is good. I need more ideas, my mind has gone blank.

Hola Sandra me tome la libertad de corregir tu entrada y en específico la tuya porque hablas sobre la gente vegetariana y las enfermedades que les puede provocar, y pues yo soy nutriologa, en dado caso que quisieras platicar y hacerme preguntas.
