اولا نحن نغلى الماء في غلاية ثم نضع كيسَ الشاي و السكر في كوب . عندما يغلى الماء/الشاي نضعه(نصبَه:يصب) في الكوب. خُلِطَهُ يقلَب حتى يأتي يخرج لون الشاي خارج. ثمّ نضاف نضيف الحليب. خُلِطَهُ نقلبه مرة اخرى و ثمّ السماح للشاي يبرد.
اِذكر ان يبتدأ/تبدأ بسم الله و اِشرب باشفاء/بالهناء والشفاء-هنيئا

I have a feeling I made a lot of mistakes. This is not a topic I would speak about often so I found it quite hard.
Intended translation:
First, we boil the water in a kettle then we put the tea bag and sugar in a cup. When the tea has boiled we pour (I don't know the word for pour) in the cup. It is mixed until the colour of the tea comes out. Then we add the milk. It is mixed again and then allow the tea to cool.
Remember to begin with God's name and drink in health.

I should have added measurements but I found that really hard. inshaAallah next time.

اولا نحن نُغليِّ الماء في غلاية ثم نضع كيسَ الشاي و نُضيفُ السُّكر في كوب . عندما يغلي الماء نضعه في الكوب. نَخْلِطَهُ حتى يأتي يَظْهَرَ لون الشاي خارج. ثمّ نُضيفُ الحليب. نَخُلِطَهُ مرة اخرى و ثمّ السماح نَتْرُكُ الشاي يبرد.
اِذكر تَذَكَّر ان تَبْدأ بِبسم الله و اِشرب بالشفاء.

نُضيفُ = we add (from the verb أضافَ )

يَظْهَرَ = appears (from the verb ظَهَرَ )

نَتْرُكُ = we leave (from the verb تَرَكَ )

تَذَكَّر = remember ! (from the verb تَذَكَّرَ)

ثم نترك الشاي حتى يبرد

تذكر أن تبدأ باسم الله ( أو أن تسمي ) و اشرب بالهناء و الشفاء أو ( هنئياً ).
