About my job I have been a customer service provider for three months. This is my first full-time job after I graduated from university. I enjoy working here. I need to face to lots of people from different counties every day and unpredictable situations may happen any time. It is quite challenging sometimes because the range of the target customers is very wide. Their background, ages, education and income level can be very different. Therefore, I should try to understand their perceptions and needs and wants in order to provide a excellent service to them. Besides, I believe that this job can help me to increase my problem solving skill after dealing with some special cases, also my communication skill as I need to swap to different languages when serving different country's customers, and the knowledge about customer behaviour. I think the things I learnt here is quite useful for my future.

About my job

I have been a customer service provider for three months. This is my first full-time job after I graduated from university. I enjoy working here. I need to face to lots of people from different countries every day and unpredictable situations may happen any time. It is quite challenging sometimes because the range of the target customers is very wide. Their background, ages, education and income level can all be very different. Therefore, I should try to understand their perceptions and needs and wants in order to provide a excellent service to them. Besides, I believe that this job can help me to increase my problem solving skills after dealing with some special difficult situations cases. Also my communication skills and knowledge about customer behaviour will improve as I need to swap use to different languages when serving different country's customers from different countries and get more experience., and the knowledge about customer behaviour. I think the things I learn here are quite useful for my future.
