Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth among poorer nations? We have been being taught to give needy a hand. A little help offered to definitely makes someone’s day. For me it is. Why don’t we go ahead in which having resources or competency to do so? Therefore, I am totally for the statement of “wealthy nations should share their wealth among poorer nations.” However, the way of sharing and the action of sharing are worth discussion. A question I would like to raise out is how can a developed country best assist an unprivileged nation? Or how can the poorer nations sustain with the help by the wealthy nations? Of course, the rich can simply provide bread and roof to the poor. Clearly, this shallow assistance cannot root problems out comprehensively. Providing food and shelter is an initial step. What critical is the next move going to be taken. Giving a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Showing him how to catch fish, and you feed him for a lifetime. That what a wealthy nation shares to a poorer nation. Provision of one-off handouts, which I cannot deny its immediate effect, is not a sustainable wealth sharing. Sustainable sharing is how the poor nations benefit from the wealthy nations in a long-term prospect. Those wealthy should share resources or measures among those poor in eradicating deep-rooted problems. Provision of education is a palpable move can be adopted. Indeed, the wealthy nations should be required to share wealth among the poorer nations. Looking after of citizens is an inevitable obligation for either a poor or a rich government. Taking Singapore as an example, the founding father, Mr. Lee Kuan Yew, has successfully transformed Singapore in to a prosperous country outstripping many of its neighbors or counterparts. Getting assistance from resourceful countries or affording joint effort is of a primary step to build a country. Countries should be independent in long run by hatching sustainable plans benefiting citizens for the countries. Citizens are not burden, yet, valuable capital for a country’s prosperity and improvement. Development of Africa’s country is dragged behind because of massive graft and neglect of people’s livelihood. People are always the prime concern for a country. Being a disadvantaged nation is not an sufficient excuse to evade responsibility attending to the citizens. Thus, the existence of a government caters to its people so as to sustain.

Looking after of citizens is an inevitable obligation for either a poor or a rich The sole responsibility and obligation of any government, be rich or poor are for its people. Take Singapore as an example. The founding father of modern Singapore [There was another founding father, Sir Stamford Raffles], Mr. Lee Kuan Yew, had successfully transformed Singapore the country from a backward third rate port into to a a first class prosperous country with prosperity to its people outstripping many of its neighboring countries and many of its or counterparts. Without its citizenry, there will be no country to govern in the first place.  Its people are the country's resource and wealth. are not burden, yet, valuable capital for a country’s prosperity and improvement. Development of Africa’s country is dragged behind because of massive graft and neglect of people’s livelihood. A good look at most of the African countries of today.  The government is enriching itself, or rather those in power to rape and plunder whatever external aid  they may get their hands on.  There is no regard for its people; they are merely looked upon as cattle, waiting to be pillaged.  So how can a nation prosper?  People are always the prime concern for a country. All in all, a wealthy nation should doubtlessly provide assistance to its unprivileged counterparts. The measures are worth consideration. Citizens are as sons and daughters. Responsible parents will not leave their children alone but bring them up with caring and affectionateness. Thanks in advance for the correction;)

Hi all, the topic is too long to be put in. Here is the full topic. Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth among poorer nations by providing such things as food and education? Or is it a responsibility of the government of poorer nations to look after their citizens themselves? Also, the following is the last paragraph of my article.
