Team Spirit Team spirit, which means work together, is more and more important.It can have an influence on both people's mental and physical. Sometimes we can create miracle with team spirit. However, there is an amount of people lack of team spirit. They stick to do what they want to do by themselves. Majority of them doesn't believe that working with team members can save time and improve their efficiency. As far as I'm concerned, team spirit should be cultivated.
