A complaint due to bad service

Dear Customer'sCustomer Assistant:

I love your brand and I am used to buying on the Internet. But, if I hadn't had a little problem with your last the service I received, I wouldn't be so upset now.

Last week I bought an extraordinary and pretty expensive jacket on your website. I haven't done that in donkey's years but when I saw that jacket it blew my mind. Its powerful color, the raw material, etc. But unfortunately when It was received at it was delivered to my flat, I checked it was not so perfect opened the parcel and the jacket was not how like I had imagined. Its signs or marks might be identified with bleachIt looks as though it has been marked with bleach which I don't think is part of the jacket as it does not show this on your website. . That's why, I think You should have ruined it because on the Internet that marks doesn't appear. The other alternative is that may be considered is that your company has lied about the features description of the jacket. If this point were real, you should have written an additional observation under the pictures or in the texts.

I have tried to find an answer and thanks to Isabella Smith, who works defending the laws of consumers, I know you should help me. If only you could refund my money. If this solution is not available, please I would need a fast answer. Therefore, I would be grateful if you could refund my money. Or if that is not possible please tell me as soon as possible what other options I have.
