The contest, "Best in Profession"
On March 24 in at our medical college there was a contest called "Best in Profession." (In the U.S. punctuation goes inside quotation marks.) I was a participant in this competition. I was prepared on the subject of Pediatrics. We had There were 5 people and we went into the training room. I pulled a the card and I knew the task of on the ticket. (I am guessing that you mean that you understood the task you were to perform.) , I know. After I said recited ("said" is OK but in this case, "recited" or "repeated" is a little more natural) the problem I went to demonstrate the manipulation of intramuscular administration of drugs to children. On Performing the manipulation, I made a mistake for which I have removed had 3 points deducted. (You can say "removed" but if there is a total of twenty to start, we usually say that points are "deducted" from the total.)
In the end, I took 2nd place by winning won 17 of 20 points.
It sounds like you did pretty well in the manipulation in spite of the slight mistake. That takes both skill and composure. Congratulations Aniram!
