I enjoyed the printer for a week, (problem →）but sometimes it doesn't work hasn't been working reliably these last few days (details? - eg: but every few hours for the last four days it turns itself off). I read the manual to solve the problem and checked my computer to see if it had a problem. I still don't know the reason.

(request→） I'd be glad if you would give me a call (haha - do you think they would ring you? no way!) to help so that I can find out how to solve it easily.

Your response was written well, just a few words missed out.

"Now" is better than these days.

"Don't know" works here but I have given "cannot find" as an alternative... which is used is the choice of the writer.

Answer is sngular as you will receive only one response to your mail(hopefully ;-)).
