Thank you very much for your e-mail. I enjoyed the printer for a week, (problem →)but sometimes it doesn't work hasn't been working reliably these last few days <em>(details?  - eg: but every few hours for the last four days it turns itself off)</em>. I read the manual to solve the problem and checked my computer to see if it had a problem. I still don't know the reason.

(request→) I'd be glad if you would give me a call <em>(haha - do you think they would ring you? no way!)</em> to help so that I can find out how to solve it easily.

<em>"Don't know" works here but I have given "cannot find" as an alternative... which is used is the choice of the writer. </em>
