除了汉语以外，我学习经济，法律和英语。因为假期后，我有三个考试。（加上 所以）星期六，我打算休息一下，看中国电影（加上 ，）因为我找得到了中国电视频道。星期天，我会看我的男朋友玩。他玩完电脑，就（加上 请）大家去饭馆吃法国菜。

This is cultural preference. ]下个周末打算做 XX。[You need an object here because, of the verb 做. In English, this translates to "The coming week I am planning XX". However, you can write like this, but needs modification in the first part. 我想和你们分享下个周末的打算 (I would like to share with you my coming week's plans)
上星期三，我的[pronouns are omitted in Chinese when the context is clear. You are the writer, so everything defaults to you] 男朋友告诉我四月二十五日得去南特。因为在那里他和他[Since you are talking about your boyfriend, the context now is defaulting to his perspective] 朋友一起去要做比赛。他们会玩电脑。This translates to, "they know how to play computer [games]". What has this do with the competition? So the context is puzzling. Perhaps you had wanted to say ".. 去电脑比賽" and then this sentence can be omitted.
