This is my Blueberry that I got last year and it is one of my favorite plants.

This is my the Bblueberry plant that I got last year, and this it is one of my favorite plants.
I could see only see green leaves when I bought it last year, but this year, I can see a some beautiful some bunch of flowers this year.

I really hope it will bear plenty of fruit after growing well it flourishes/blooms.
Be careful of using similar words twice (next to each other) in a sentence (e.g. "some" and "a bunch of"). "A bunch of flowers" often means something like a bouquet.
Otherwise, the common problem you have is word order, and it can only be mastered by practice. Keep up the good work! :)
