A interesting event This event is the Amazing Stuff: Research in Ice Cream & Candy. This is a lecture, and it is formal and attracts about 90 people. Listen to the lecture requires silence. People were all ears to the speech and take some note. I am interested in ice cream. The lecturers talk about the research in ice cream at begins. However, they change the topic after introducing the ice cream. They tell us the experience about they attend the Amazing Race. In Friday’s season finale, the first team to the mat was Amy and Maya, who won the Race and a million dollars. I think it is incredible because they are not a professional athlete and it needs a great deal of courage to face this activity. They tell us the Race is way more of a mental game that it ever is a physical game. And it needs to stay focused, calm, cool and collected, regardless of how your body may feel at that moment. At last, they give us some suggestions, never give up, never come in last. This event lets me know Madison people also have a spirit of adventure. Through above this lecture, I realize sometimes perseverance does win out and we need to challenge ourselves unceasingly to get on a new step.
