You could add てす depending on the grammer structure that you are using. An example of a grammar structure that would require the usage ofです would be a sentence like this:私はかわいいです (lame example I know) which means "I am cute" the です at the end expresses your state of being. Which in this case, is being cute. I hope this helped! がんばってね！
