Μαθαίνω/Διαβάζω ή (or) Μαθαίνω να διαβάζω ελληνικά/Μόλις άρχισα να μαθαίνω να διαβάζω ελληνικά. Το όνομά μου είναι Μάι, και είμαι Δανή.
Αγαπώ τον γλυκός καφές/ (Πιο κοινό και πιο συνηθισμένο στα ελληνικά) Μου αρέσει ο γλυκός καφές.

NOTES: Dear Mai, remember that the first letter that opens a sentence is always in capital.

The same applies to nouns such as Δανός/Δανή, Έλληνας/Ελληνίδα, known as κύρια ουσιαστικά (a section you'll find in every good Greek grammar book).

Also, I think that especially now that you are still at the beginning of the learning process, what you should pay attention to are the cases. E.x.: 1. "Αγαπώ τον γλυκό καφέ" (Αγαπώ + αιτιατική πτώση)

2. "Μου αρέσει/Σ'εμένα αρέσει ο γλυκός καφές" (..... + ονομαστική πτώση)

Last but not least, I corrected the "είσαι" word to "είστε" because in Greek, when you don't know someone or when you are addressing many people you'd need to use the second person plural.

Mαθαίνω ( διαβάζω means "to read", so it's not suitable here, because you are learning) ελληνικά. Το όνομά μου είναι Μάι, και είμαι Δανή (feminine -->Δανή , masculine -->Δανός).
Αγαπώ τον γλυκό καφέ. (here you must use the accusative case, because as you will see in Greek, after many verbs you need to use the accusative case)
