What is happening at schools? Yesterdsay A Teenager Killrd a Teacher and Hurt Three People Yesterday at 9;20h a teenager (13 years old) armed with a crossbow and a knife came into the school, he checked all the classes looking for people which he had in a list, He killed a Geography teacher and hurt a Spanish teacher and two students, This is not the screenplay of a movie, this happened yesterday in a school of Barcelona, IES Joan Fuster is a quite school, without conflicts. The first question that arises now is whati is going to happen with the teenager. Due to he is under 14 years old, he can not be judged as an adult, not condemned for killing, but I am sure he knew that what he was doing was a bad thing. He is actually in the psychiatric area of Sant Joan de Déu Hospital. I have never perceived my job as a risky one. I have been teaching for near twenty years, but teenagers are changing, some of them don't accept authority. The second question is what kind of psychological traumas are going to have their mats at school after seeing how a teacher was killed in front of them. And the last and not least is what changes are going to do the Educational Department to avoid these situations. Because if nothing changes, we are not going to be prepared for dealing with these situations. Something in the diagnosis protocol have to change. Teenagers with psychological problems have to be transferred quickly to CESMIJ to be treated (nowdays one case of pysochological problems takes more than a two to arrive to CESMIJ)

What is happening at schools? Yesterday A Teenager Killed a Teacher and Hurt Three People

Yesterday at 9:20h a teenager (13 years old) armed with a crossbow and a knife came into the school, he checked all the classes looking for people which that (<em>or</em> who) he had in a list. He killed a Geography teacher and hurt a Spanish teacher and two students, This is not the screenplay of a movie, this happened yesterday in a school of in Barcelona, IES Joan Fuster is a quite quiet school, without conflicts.
The first question that arises now is what is going to happen with the teenager. Due to the fact he is under 14 years old, he can not be judged as an adult, not condemned for killing, but I am sure he knew that what he was doing was a bad thing. He is actually in the psychiatric area of Sant Joan de Déu Hospital.
I have never perceived my job as a risky one. I have been teaching for nearly twenty years, but teenagers are changing, some of them don't accept authority.
The second question is what kind of psychological traumas are going to have their mates at school going to have after seeing how a teacher was killed in front of them.
And the last and but not least is what changes are going to do the Educational Department going to do to avoid these situations. Because if nothing changes, we are not going to be prepared for dealing with these situations. Something in the diagnosis protocol have has (<em>or</em> will have) to change. Teenagers with psychological problems have to be transferred quickly to CESMIJ to be treated (nowdays one case of pysochological problems takes more than a two (?? more than two days/weeks/months?) to arrive to at (<em>or</em> to get to) CESMIJ)

Well written summary of a tragic event, especially one so close to home for you.

My corrections are in red and my suggestions to sound more natural are in blue/grey.
