--> はじめまして。ジョージーです。よろしくおねがいします。

I know it's difficult writing your name with Japanese characters. (type: joーjiー) You can write Georgieです when you don't know how to write it and we use katakana for the names of foreigners, foreign contries and the words from other languages except some. 

The speech with です and ます are the formal form, so saying よろしくおねがいします in the same form is better. One more thing, if your computer has Japanese period (。), please use it. We also have comma for Japanese.(、)
