About my job I work with Human Resources. I guess it's a great area to work with. In my work I can recruit, hire, develop and follow the performance of employees. I work primarily with recruitment doing job interviews and selecting the right person to the right place. I like HR because i can deal with a diversity of people and a lot of situations about people, like why the candidate is applying for a job and knows nothing about it. Or when candidates study in one area and is applying for a totally different area. Sometimes it's funny to see that the candidate is lying about yourself or about why he is applying for that job. Sometimes it's sad to know that the candidate really needs that job and he have no skills to the job. I have to be highly organized and focused and work with ethics to handle confidential information about candidates, employees and about policies and procedure company.
