Without modern facilities, students might be less concentrative and efficient. Therefore, an increasing number of schools begin to be more focused on improving facilities. As far as I am concerned, hiring famous teachers should be more important. Not only because the schools’ students will benefit a lot from famous teachers, but also the schools will have a better development and become more famous after successfully hiring famous teachers. On one hand, hiring famous teachers will be good for the schools’ development. In general, famous teachers could improve the quality of lessons and attract more top students to attend the school. Besides, those famous teachers who are the experts in their fields would help improving the level of scientific researches, which could make the school become more well-known in the society. For example, most of the famous universities in the world are often evaluated by counting the number of professors who have had the Nobel Prize. On the other hand, famous teachers can assist students who have various understanding of the subject. A famous teacher not only knows how to motivate students, but also instills remarkable ideas into their students who have different questions or troubles with the subject they learn. More importantly, teachers can be reached at school for those things face to face. A good case in point, when college students cannot understand how the formula of math comes from, a renowned professors can provide ideas and knowledge to students' problem based on their different levels of the knowledge.
