i need to return the items that i brought online but I'm so bad at writing ....

hi, I just received my ordered items yesterday and 3 of them have some problems. those 3 are First,  the Rubber Band LED Car Watch/Table with Blue Light Display Time Arch Shaped (Black) (<-- which the bottom key is blocked). Second, the Letter Print Fashionable Jewel Neck Long Sleeve Women's Sweatshirt (L) (<-- which is way too small and poor quality). Last, the Elegant Solid Color Floral and Leaf Shape Alloy Hairband For Women (<-- which one of the flower is fall apart with the hairband). 
besides that, I also found out Bohemian Women's V-Neck Embroidered Pleated Chiffon Dress came without the belt and . I had read the reviews about the dress and the reviewed consumers wrote came with the belt. So I pretty upset without about the belt.
I strongly required wish to returning them these items and get the new items ones. ( Alternatively you can say and get replacements instead of new ones)

Your writing is very good! I could understand everything you were trying to say. Keep practicing and you will be able to write in a more formal manner. I would suggest breaking up your long sentence. This allows your statements to be more clear for the reader rather than having a long run-on! (This is just a suggestion)
