About the first sentence, I would prefer to use'我今晚完成了课程！' OR '今晚，我完成了课程'，because adverbs of time shouldn't be put at the end of a Chinese sentence .

In the sentence '开会时间是今晚' ,‘今晚’ is found at the end of the sentence, because in this case‘今晚’ functions as a subject instead of an adverb.

'每天'is usually followed by a '都' in Chinese, like '我每天都跑步'，‘她每天都欺负我’ , I suppose it is like the 'on earth' in 'why on earth do you do that ?', help to express emotion or your attitude.
