As soon as I got home, I found one of the clothes that I had brought had a little hole on its sleeve. So I backed to the shop and asked for refund or exchanged. But I was turn downed, the stuff in your shop told me that due to company's policies, those on sell items were unable to refund or exchange. What made me feel worse was that one of the stuff in shop even questioned me whether was made by myself. Complain Letter

Dear Sir or Madam

I'm writing this letter about a unsatisfactory experience that I had in one of your company's branch shop.

On 21st April, I went shopping and passed by your branch shop. There was an advertising note standing in the front gate of the shop indicating that some special items were on a big sale. So, I walked in the shop and be was attracted by some clothes with reasonable prices. I picked some and bought in the end.

As soon as I got home, I found one of the clothes that I had bought had a little hole on its sleeve. So I went back to the shop and asked for refund or exchange, but I was turned down by the staff in your store. He/she told me that due to thecompany's policies, we're unable to refund or exchange the items on sale. What made me feel worse was that one of the staff in the shop questioned me whether the hole was made by myself.

As a result, I think this is not acceptable and I insist to get the refund. Otherwise, further actions like contact Consumer Council will be taken as address this issue.

I'm looking forward to hearing you

Yours Faithfully

As a result,I think it does not make sense and I insisted on getting the refund.Otherwise, further actions like contact Consumer Council will be taken to address this issue.

Your letter is good. I only made a few corrections. I hope you get your refund back, that sounds like a bad company to buy things from.
