How to lose weight? Hi. I'm going to lose weight. 12-13 kilogram (it's about 25 pounds I think) in four weeks. I love football and gym that is why I hope it's will be not very hard. But there is a problem-I eat every time when I have opportunity day by day and sometimes returning into lazy pig. Battle of me against myself. Anyway it will be fun.

When it comes to you question I read that it really helps if you drink a lot of water: - in the morning when you wake up a glass of water and the same goes in the evening before going to bed - a glass of water in about 10 minutes before a meal - a few sips every 15-20minutes and if you eat a lot, try to change what you eat... fruits and vegetables aren't that bad (bananas, carrots etc) Good luck!
