Write about a decision which changed your life I can say that one of the most important decisions, or the most important decision in my life was taken by me one year ago, in August of 2014. In October of 2013 the doctors said me, after several exams, that I had a herniated disk on my back, this injury kept me on my bed during 8 months. In August of 2014 I went to see a surgeon in the University Hospital of Leon, he considered that the best solution for me was an operation. One month later, in the same hospital, a team of surgeons operated me with very good results. Several months after this, all pains have disappeared and again I can do a normal lifestyle. It for this act, that I consider this like the most important decision in my life.
