Magandang araw!

Kumusta? Ang pangalan ko ay Ian. Taga Washington state ako. Gusto kong mag-aral ng Tagalog. Nagsasalita ako ng Ingles at Espanyol, at nag-aaral ako ng Cebuano.

Just to add to the corrections already given. When using "taga" to indicate one's place of origin, a hyphen should link it to the place given. Ex: taga-Washington, taga-Pilipinas, taga-Cebu. Also, though what you meant was understood when you used "nagsasalita ako", it actually translates to "I am speaking at this moment". It would be better to say, "nakapagsasalita ako", which means "I am able to speak". However, the more natural way to say it would be "marunong akong mag-Ingles at Espanyol", which means, "I know how to speak English and Spanish". The "mag" there would translate to "how to speak".

¡Hola NicoTribe! Gracias por tu mensaje. Acabo de empezar aprendiendo tagalo, y claro que no puedo decir mucho todavía. :-) ¿Por cuánto tiempo has estudiado tagalo? ¿Ha sido difícil para tí no mezclar español con tagalo?
