Akira, my wild cat. Chapter 1.
I met Akira eight years ago. I went out to throw away the trash and she was on the sidewalk. I said to her "Hello Kitty" and she looked at me, but when I went to her, she ran away and dissapeared under the parked cars. The next time I saw her, when I came home from work, she was under the garden plants. I told her "Wait for me Kitty and I'll give you some catfood". I stole cat food from Leo (my big cat) at home and went out to the street again to give it her. Wow! Leo's food was very tasty and Akira was by my home the next day at the same time, just when I came back from work. So, I went to the street again with some Leo's food and his cat carrier. I put small amounts of food on the floor, making a sort of path to lead her to the carrier, but she was very suspicious. When I came within two meters, she fled. Three days I made this operation to hunt the little cat. Everyday I spent an hour on the street, waiting for her to get into the carrier, to follow the food path, because if I tried to catch her, she ran out. I couldn't move or I would frighten her. My neighbors looked down at me, they thought I was crazy and they told me "It's a wild cat, you cannot get it". They were wrong.
