When you use مع (= with) it gives the meaning that these 3 rooms are with the appartement, I mean you live in an appartement + 3 other rooms, but using فيها it means "in" (in the inside).

You can also use the word مُكَوَّنَة (composed).

As for (في ( فيه / فيها when you want to talk about what's inside something for example :

في هذه الحَقيبَة = in this bag

you can speak about location :

في هذا المكان = in this place

also, you can speak about time :

في هذا اليوم = today (in this day)

I hope I helped.

And by the way, your Arabic handwriting is excellent ! keep it up !

وعليكم السلام first, in = في (fi) with = مع (ma3a) and its doesn't make sense to say "my flat with three rooms" the logic is to say three rooms in the flat so, the right expression is to say "فيها ثلاثة غرف" (fiha thalathat goraf) :) the second thing is about (fiha- فيها) and (fihi-فيه) its simply depends on gender of the thing we are talking about and in this case we are talking about rooms and its (female) in Arabic language so we use (fiha-فيها)(f) not (fihi-فيه)(m). for example: you live in a house three rooms lets notice that house is male in Arabic however room is female so we should say أعيش في منزل فيه a3eesh fi manzel (fihi).. Best regards
