Cooking on 51 holiday:Stewed spareribs with potatoes

At first, Firstly,I wanted to travel with my girl friend girlfriend on during the 51 holiday
but she have had some teacher qualification certificate classes during that time.
So I just stayed at home and do did some cooking for her. 
Today's recipe is Stewed spareribs with potatoes
I spent half an hour for making it,but it's it was very delicious.

She loved it,so I'm happy too
