First German post.

Hallo, Mein Name ist Andrea, und ich bin funfzehn jahr Jahre alt. Ich suche fur nach einem deutscher Sprecher Deutschsprachiger. Es ist sehr wichtig, dass ich Deutsch lernen. Mein Deutsch ist sehr schlecht ist und ich bin ein blutiger Anfanger.

Good first effort!! I didn't correct the "Umlaute", as you said you were aware that they should have been there. Personally, I use Alt codes to write diacritics in other languages. Here are the ones for German:

ä - Alt+132                                                     ü - Alt+129

Ä - Alt+142                                                     Ü - Alt+154

ö - Alt+148                                                     ß - Alt+225

Ö - Alt+153

Hallo. Mein Name ist Andrea, und ich bin fuenfzehn Jahre alt. Ich suche fur nach einem Deutschsprachiger. Es ist mir sehr wichtig, dass ich Deutsch lernen(Sie koenntest auch sagen "Es ist mir sehr wichtig, Deutsch zu lernen"). Mein Deutsch ist sehr schlecht ist und ich bin ein blutiger Anfaenger.

Also i would like to say just in case, that i know some of these words require accents, but my computer doesn't provide that kind of keyboard so it isn't a mistake. Thank you, and sorry but my German is very bad obviously and i need a really patient speaker of German that would help me from the complete beginner to learn German. 

Likewise, you could set the language of your operating system to German.  What this does, is it will highlight, or underline, misspelled German words.  All you have to do is right-click the word and it will give you the correct spelling, or possible other words, for you to select. 

If that seems too much to tackle, then you can simple add an e after the letter of the umlaut you want to represent:

Ae - ae = Ä & ä

Oe - oe = Ö & ö

Ue - ue = Ü & ü

SS - Ss = ß
