There is a peculiar company culture in korea. It is the company dinner.

Most of korean older older Korean workers think that company dinners is are very important to build good teamwork.
They always drink alcohol such as soju, beer and so-mek (mixed soju and beer) in at company dinners.

They think it can help with making good relationships.
